Delivery Policy

At Butterfly, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable delivery experience, ensuring your sarees reach you in perfect condition and on time. Below are the details of our delivery policy:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Within India: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

International: Delivery times vary by location and typically take 7-15 business days.

Please note that delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s website or our tracking portal.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. If delivery fails on both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You can contact our customer service to schedule a re-dispatch (additional charges may apply).

6. Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. Butterfly is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. In the event of a non-delivery due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In case of a damaged or lost package during transit, Butterfly will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue. Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and any relevant photos for damaged items.

8. International Customs

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applicable based on the country of delivery. Butterfly is not responsible for these charges and the customer will need to clear them at customs before delivery.
