For returns within India, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free return shipping.
In the case of damaged or defective items, Butterfly will cover the return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your saree for a different color, size, or design, please follow the same return process and indicate the desired exchange option. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@xbutterfly.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
