Returns & Exchange Policy

At Butterfly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including any gift boxes or pouches) within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized sarees.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance sales.
  • Sarees that have been altered or modified as per customer request.

4. Return Shipping Charges

For returns within India, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free return shipping.

In the case of damaged or defective items, Butterfly will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).
  • Refund Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your saree for a different color, size, or design, please follow the same return process and indicate the desired exchange option. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
